Infertility
Infertility often blindsides people. Respectful of the weight of infertility, we refer to it as a reproductive trauma. Ideally after infertility is pregnancy, postpartum and parenthood. Working through infertility during infertility helps you prepare your mental health for the future.
Postpartum
Everyone expects the transition to parenthood to be beautifully peaceful. For many new parents, however, they are tripped up by baby blues or postpartum depression, anxiety, OCD or rage. Many new parents are afraid to ask for support. Don't let that be you. We are here when you are ready.
Pregnancy Loss
No one expects to experience a loss after the pregnancy stick has told you that you're pregnant. The grief is traumatic and extraordinary no matter the length of pregnancy. Plus, society largely doesn't understand the pain.
Adoption
The journey through paperwork, meeting birth mom to bringing home baby can be an arduous and emotional wait. Our therapists are skilled at helping you survive the wait while helping you prepare for the transition to welcoming baby.

We have expertly curated a class to support you into parenthood. Think birth class but for the first year after you give birth. You can find our Bringing Home Baby course to you and your group or you can enjoy it conveniently from the comfort of your own home with our online video class.
