About Amber.
Amber Hooper is a Licensed Professional Counselor with approximately 20 years of experience in practice. Amber is also a mother following years of reproductive trauma, varying forms of infertility treatments, and pregnancy losses. She is uniquely empathic regarding the difficult journey that seeking parenthood can bring for many.

Amber has had the privilege of working with varied populations in multiple clinical settings. Her experience includes crisis unit clinical coordination, emergency services coordination, therapy contracts for children and teen shelters/homes, school-based therapy, Community Mental Health Center clinical services, EAP services, training and seminar provision, and private practice therapy settings. One of Amber's primary client populations has been women in trauma recovery. Treatment including individuals, couples, and families, addressing mood disorders, trauma, grief/loss, neurodiversity, adjustment symptoms, interpersonal conflict, as well as maladaptive coping are reflective of familiar themes of treatment.
Amber has a heart for assisting women, couples, and families as they navigate the often painful path of infertility and its accompanying challenges. During these stressful times, other mental health symptoms may present. Let therapeutic support and intervention be a resource.
